Born and raised on the south side of Chicago with the accent to prove it, I’ve always known my calling was to help others and perform on stage. So I moved out West to follow my dreams which at first, for me, meant living in my car for awhile. Thankfully, my hustle in acting and writing soon funded shelter. Who knew my life would change again, for the better, after I was robbed at gunpoint for 27 minutes. This experience was the thrust I needed to focus less on my fear of public speaking and just do it! In early 2015, I created and began coaching a program I believe in and live by motivated from my own experiences and battles with depression, fear, low self esteem, zero confidence and high anxiety called, Be* Heard. The transformation has given me a quality of life that's compelled me to share my experience, strength and hope with others.
