Havok is a thrash metal band that emerged in Denver in 2004, drawing on the mid-2000s American thrash revival with an aggressive, fast-driving sound. Their 2013 album Unnatural Selection broke into the Billboard 200, and they followed it with Conformicide in 2017 and V in 2020 on Candlelight Records.
Across the band's run, founder David Sanchez has anchored a lineup that has also included Shawn Chavez, Marcus Corich, and Richie Tice, carrying Havok's speed-metal edge to stages like The Masquerade in Atlanta and the Marquee Theatre. They remain a hard-hitting live act for festival lineups, club dates, casino bookings, and private events.
