Jade LeMac is the stage name of Jade MacPhail, a Canadian pop singer and songwriter whose work sits in the alt-pop and indie pop range with a club-friendly edge. She debuted with the single "Constellations" in August 2021, followed with "Confessions" in 2023, and moved from early releases on Monstercat to Arista Records. Her 2025 release "It's Always at Night" is the widest view of that sound to date.
She built the craft herself. LeMac taught herself piano in sixth grade, learned guitar from online tutorials, and spent the late 2010s posting singing, dancing, and original-song videos to social media. The Vancouver songwriter had a following in place well before her first single arrived, which is a large part of why the early work traveled the way it did.
In 2024 she received a GLAAD nomination for Outstanding Breakthrough Music Artist, and in 2025 she performed at Lollapalooza. Her stages have also included FirstBank Amphitheater, Riverbend Music Center, and Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, a run that scales from theater-sized rooms to full festival crowds. That range makes her a practical booking for college programming, festival and fair lineups, corporate dates, and private events.
