Jay Chandrasekhar is an American actor, writer, director, and comedian. He was born on April 9, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois, and is of Indian descent. Chandrasekhar is best known for his work with the comedy troupe Broken Lizard, which he co-founded while attending Colgate University. He has directed and starred in several of the group's films, including "Super Troopers," "Beerfest," and "Club Dread." In addition to his work with Broken Lizard, Chandrasekhar has also directed and acted in various other film and television projects, including episodes of "Arrested Development," "The Goldbergs," and "Community." He is also the creator and executive producer of the television series "Tacoma FD."
