Jesse & Joy is Jesse Huerta and Joy Huerta, a brother-and-sister act that has been writing and recording together since 2001. The songs live in latin pop and ballad territory with enough Latin rock underneath to fill a theater rather than a lounge. ¿Con quién se queda el perro? is the record most listeners found them through, and by the time the self-titled album arrived they were a Warner Music Group act with Latin GRAMMY recognition already behind them.
They came up as family first. Both were born in Mexico City and started writing and recording together there, and the partnership has never changed hands. What grew was the reach: albums, then touring across North and South America, then the kind of return invitation that says more than any single booking. Festival Internacional de la Canción de Viña del Mar had them in 2014 and in 2018, and will have them again in 2026.
