Jessie Ware is a British singer-songwriter working at the meeting point of pop, dance-pop and contemporary R&B. She came to wider attention with her debut album Devotion, which earned a Mercury Prize nomination and established the voice she has built on since. What's Your Pleasure? (2020) pushed her further toward the dance floor, and That! Feels Good! (2023) carried that momentum forward, with Superbloom due in 2026.
Ware is from Hammersmith, and her catalog now runs well past thirty releases across albums, singles and collaborations. Devotion won the South Bank Sky Arts Award for Pop Music in 2013, and she has since recorded as part of the Band Aid 30 ensemble.
Signed to UMG, Ware has taken the material to rooms of every size, from the Empire Middlesbrough and the O2 Academy Oxford to university stages including Nottingham Trent University.
