Jimmy O. Yang is a Chinese-American comedian, actor, and writer, born on June 11, 1987, in Hong Kong. Jimmy O. Yang is best known for his role as Jian-Yang on the popular HBO series "Silicon Valley." He has also appeared in several films and television shows, including "Crazy Rich Asians," "The Lovebirds," "Space Force," and "Fresh Off the Boat." In addition to his work in film and television, Jimmy O. Yang is also a successful stand-up comedian, and has performed at venues around the United States. He has released a comedy special on Amazon Prime Video called "Good Deal." Jimmy O. Yang has written a book titled "How to American: An Immigrant's Guide to Disappointing Your Parents," in which he shares his experiences as an immigrant and his journey to becoming a successful comedian and actor in the United States.
