John Digweed is an English DJ, record producer, and label owner. He was born on January 1, 1967, in Hastings, England.
Digweed began his career in the late 1980s, spinning records in clubs in his native England. He rose to prominence in the 1990s as a leading figure in the progressive house music scene. Along with his frequent collaborator Sasha, he released a series of mix albums, including the critically acclaimed "Northern Exposure" series.
