Lauren Jauregui is a Cuban-American singer and songwriter who blends pop, alternative R&B and Latin influences, first as a member of Fifth Harmony and now as a solo artist. With Fifth Harmony she helped send "Work From Home" to No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100, and on her own she has released the EPs Prelude in 2021 and In Between in 2023 through her independent label, Attunement Records, along with the 2025 single "Ego" from her upcoming debut album.
Her story started on a reality TV stage. A Miami native, Jauregui auditioned for The X Factor in 2012 and was placed in the group that became Fifth Harmony, one of the decade's biggest girl groups. After the group's 2018 hiatus she launched her solo career with "Expectations," won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Female Artist in 2019 and has collaborated with Halsey, Steve Aoki, Ty Dolla Sign and Tainy.
Jauregui has stayed in the spotlight, competing on Dancing with the Stars in 2025 and reuniting with Fifth Harmony for a surprise performance that summer. Prelude earned her a GLAAD Media Award nomination, and she was named Celebrity of the Year at the British LGBT Awards. She is a strong fit for college programming boards, festival and fair lineups, corporate events and private events.
