Lyrah is a San Francisco writer, singer, and producer working in dark indie pop. She started drawing attention with her debut EP Chemicals in 2019, and the years since have pushed the sound outward rather than settling it. Drain My Bank Account followed in 2023, and the 2025 EP Vertigo brings dance pop, house, and stutter house up against the darker indie pop she began with.
That range comes from doing the work herself. Lyrah writes, sings, and produces, and she has been releasing music steadily since 2018, with more than twenty titles to her name across singles and EPs.
