Mae Estes is a country singer and songwriter on Big Machine Label Group. Her catalog marks a long build rather than a quick break: Naked in 2019, Before the Record in 2023, and the 2025 album that carries her own name. She was singing for crowds well before she got to Nashville. Born in Magnolia and raised in Hope, Arkansas, Estes started performing publicly at age seven, singing the national anthem at rodeos. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee, and spent close to a decade there playing writer's rounds and working side jobs while the country career took shape.
Arkansas recognized her first, with the Arkansas Country Music Awards naming her Female Vocalist of the Year three consecutive years by 2023.
