Niko Moon makes country music with one foot in the genre's traditions and the other in country pop, a sound built to feel easy and warm. He came up country to the bone. Born Nicholas Cowan in Texas, he moved with his family to Douglasville, Georgia at ten years old, and it was there that the sound he is known for took shape, his Georgia roots feeding straight into the songwriting career that followed.
Moon records for Happy Cowboy Records and has played the kind of rooms that mark a country career, including the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
