Odetari makes club music with the edges left rough. His records move between jersey club, cloud rap and rage, and the krushclub tag has trailed him ever since. He introduced himself with the EP XIII Sorrows on September 13, 2023, and rather than sit on it he kept the releases coming, following it with Door to Dusk before that same year was out. What has arrived since, a run of projects and beat tapes released through Artist Partner Group, reads less like an album cycle than an open channel that never really closes.
He is young for the catalog behind him. At 23, the Palestinian American producer and artist has built the kind of output that usually takes a decade, and he built it out of Houston. The volume is the point: the work arrives in waves, and the sound has been sharpened in public rather than polished in private.
That pace translates directly to the stage. Odetari has taken the material into rooms like House of Blues, The Parish and Paper Tiger, venues sized for a crowd that already knows the tracks and comes to move to them. It makes him a straightforward fit for college programming boards, festival and fair lineups, casino floors and private engagements looking for a set built to keep a room on its feet.
