Omar+ is a London DJ, producer and vocalist who sings on his own records. He works in UK house and 4x4 UK garage and lays R&B-style vocals over the top of it, and that combination is what carried "Make Believe," his track with Luke Dean, to BBC Radio 1 Hottest Record in August 2025. WMG is his label.
Balham is where he started. The following came the slow way, built set by set until the bookings climbed to Reading and Leeds, and it holds because he is doing three jobs at once behind the booth: writing the track, producing it, and singing the hook himself rather than handing it to a guest feature.
Junction 2 and Eden Ibiza have both had him, which says something about the range of the show. It reads to a dance-music crowd that wants a proper club set and to a general festival audience that wants a voice on stage, so he lands as comfortably on a college or corporate lineup as he does on a festival bill or at a private event.
