Prince Royce is the Bronx-born bachata star who helped bring the genre to a new generation, breaking through with his 2010 bachata cover of "Stand by Me." He has since landed a long run of No. 1 hits on Billboard's Latin charts, including "Corazón Sin Cara," "Las Cosas Pequeñas," "Darte un Beso" and "Carita de Inocente," which set a record with 29 weeks at No. 1 on Latin Tropical Airplay.
Raised in New York by Dominican parents, Royce is an eight-time Latin Grammy nominee and a multiple Billboard Latin Music Award winner, with albums like Phase II and Five topping the Top Latin Albums chart. He released Llamada Perdida in 2024 and teamed with Romeo Santos on Better Late Than Never in 2025, followed by a joint 2026 tour.
