Raja Kumari is an American rapper, singer and songwriter who works where Western hip hop meets Indian classical and film music traditions, with pop and R&B in the mix. She has been working professionally since 2012, first as a songwriter and then under her own name, and her catalog runs from The Come Up in 2016 through HBIC in 2022 to THE BRIDGE in 2023. She came to rap by way of the dance floor.
