Rich the Kid is a rapper and label founder known for slick, melodic trap and a string of hits that made him one of the defining voices of late-2010s hip-hop. His 2018 debut album, The World Is Yours, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and produced "Plug Walk," which reached No. 13 on the Hot 100, and "New Freezer" with Kendrick Lamar. The World Is Yours 2 followed at No. 4 in 2019, and in 2024 he scored his first Hot 100 No. 1 as a featured artist on Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign's "Carnival."
He grew up between two hip-hop capitals. Born Dimitri Roger in Queens, New York, to a Haitian family, he moved to College Park, Georgia, at 13, came up in Atlanta's trap scene alongside Migos and launched his own label, Rich Forever Music, in 2016.
Rich the Kid has taken his show from U.S. clubs to stages across Europe, including Cologne's Stadthalle and Jimmy'z in Monte Carlo. With radio hits and a high-energy set, he is a strong fit for college events, festival and fair lineups, casinos, corporate dates and private shows.
