Sara Landry is an American DJ and producer working at the hard end of techno, with acid, industrial and psytrance threads running through her high-BPM sets. Her early EPs arrived on Mau5trap, including Wait in 2019, and in 2024 she released Spiritual Driveby through Hekate Records, the label she founded and owns. The move from signed artist to label owner lines up with where she stands now: Beatport's number one best-selling female producer in hard techno, and 75th in the 2024 DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll.
She built the sound herself. Landry is a self-taught producer and audio engineer who spent roughly six years developing her style, starting from techno and dubstep and pushing the tempo up from there. She performs as a solo artist, and the same hands-on approach carries from the studio to the booth.
In July 2024 she became the first hard techno DJ to play the main stage at Tomorrowland. She was also the first techno artist to perform inside The Caverns in Tennessee, and she has sold out a 9,000-capacity show in Bogotá.
