Rapper Yvngxchris makes songs with lively, upbeat energy and speedy flows. After gaining significant fame for his TikTok presence, he signed on with Columbia for his 2022 project Virality. Yvngxchris was born Christian Eugene Williams in 2004, and grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia. He began making music in his teens, and in 2020 his song "Did You Know (Remix)" began circulating on TikTok, drawing attention to his videos on the platform and also to his music. He released several singles and minor EPs on his own before being picked up by Columbia in 2021. That year, his song "bitch i'm joe biden" made some waves, being streamed over nine million times. In 2022, he released "DAMN HOMIE" featuring Lil Yachty. The song was included on the eight-track project Virality, released that August.
