Gustavo Mioto is a Brazilian singer and songwriter who works in sertanejo and sertanejo universitário, with enough Latin pop in the writing to travel beyond the Brazilian country circuit. He started his recording career with Fora de Moda in 2012 and has been building steadily since, through the studio set Mistura, Volume 1 in 2020 and Inconfundível in 2021. He records for UMG.
The music came from home. His father, the musician Marcos Mioto, put a guitar in his hands at age 6, and Mioto was writing his own songs by 10, a decade of practice before his first album ever reached anyone. Votuporanga is where all of that began.
Mioto performs as a solo artist, credited in full as Gustavo Pieroni Mioto. He has been named to the Forbes Under 30 Brasil list and consistently headlines major music festivals across Brazil, on stages that run from Villa Country to Espaço Unimed and the Centro de Eventos Cidade de Ponta Grossa. That range makes him a straightforward call for festival and fair lineups, college events, corporate dates, and private engagements.
