Jeffrey Rosen is an American legal scholar, journalist, and professor of law. He was born on February 13, 1964, in New York City.
Rosen is the president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that is dedicated to promoting awareness and understanding of the United States Constitution.
