Jesse McCartney is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. He was born on April 9, 1987, in Westchester, New York.
McCartney began his career as a child actor, appearing in several television shows and films, including "All My Children" and "The Pirates of Central Park." He later transitioned to music, releasing his debut album, "Beautiful Soul," in 2004, which was a commercial success and reached No. 15 on the Billboard 200 chart.
McCartney has since released several more albums, including "Right Where You Want Me" (2006), "Departure" (2008), and "In Technicolor" (2014). He has also co-written songs for other artists, including the hit song "Bleeding Love" by Leona Lewis.
