Lost Kings is the Los Angeles duo of Robert Abisi and Nick Shanholtz, working in EDM, electro house, and electropop. They mapped out their range early with two matched releases, The Bad EP in 2015 and The Good EP in 2016, before delivering the full-length It's Not You, It's Me in 2021. They record for TH3RD BRAIN.
The remixes came first. Beginning in 2014, Abisi and Shanholtz built the project on official remixes for Imagine Dragons, Halsey, Rihanna, and Vance Joy, a run of credits that put their production in front of pop audiences well before their own catalog filled out. The duo has been active ever since.
That work has carried them to rooms as different as Bungalow, The Church, and NOTO Houston. With a catalog of originals and remixes made for dance floors, Lost Kings suit college events, corporate parties, festival and fair lineups, casinos, and private engagements.
