Mae Stephens is a pop and alt-pop singer whose catalog runs from quiet self-released tracks to a major-label release schedule in the span of a few years. She put out "Infamous Kiss" in 2020 with no company behind her. "If We Ever Broke Up" arrived in 2023 and became the song that changed the scale of her career, and "Securely Insecure" followed in 2024.
