Nothing But Thieves are an English alternative rock band known for Conor Mason's soaring falsetto and songs that swing from fragile ballads to riff-heavy anthems. Their 2017 album Broken Machine hit No. 2 in the UK and went Gold, Moral Panic reached No. 3 in 2020, and 2023's Dead Club City became their first UK No. 1, with "Welcome to the DCC" named BBC Radio 1's Hottest Record of the year. "Trip Switch" topped Billboard's U.S. Alternative Airplay chart, and in 2026 they launched their next album, Stray Dogs, with the single "Evolution."
They are a hometown band made good. The group formed in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, in 2012 with Mason, guitarists Joe Langridge-Brown and Dominic Craik, bassist Philip Blake and drummer James Price, and signed with RCA Records two years later, breaking through with fan favorites like "Amsterdam" and "Sorry."
They learned to play big rooms early, supporting Muse, Twenty One Pilots and Arcade Fire, and now headline shows from London's Finsbury Park to Mexico City's Palacio de los Deportes. That arena-tested live show makes them a strong fit for festival and fair lineups, college events, casinos, corporate events and private shows.
