Restless Road is a Nashville country group working in a soft, melodic strain of country pop that carries light hip-hop influences. Their self-titled release arrived in 2020, followed by Took One Look at Her Momma in 2021 and Last Rodeo in 2023, a run that took them from a first calling card to a defined sound rather than a genre exercise. They did not start as a band. Restless Road came together in 2013, when Colton Pack and Zach Beeken auditioned separately for the third season of The X Factor and Simon Cowell put them into a country group. What began as a television pairing turned into a working act, and the group later signed a record deal with Kane Brown's 1021 Entertainment and Sony Music Nashville.
