Suki Waterhouse is a solo artist working in indie pop and dream pop, with chamber pop and alternative country turns that keep her records from settling into one lane. Her 2022 debut album, I Can't Let Go, arrived on Sub Pop Records and was followed the same year by Milk Teeth, a collection that filled in the songs surrounding it. Memoir of a Sparklemuffin, released in 2024, is the fullest version of that sound to date.
She came to music the long way around. Waterhouse was a London teenager working in a clothes shop when she was scouted as a model, and it was not until 2016 that she began releasing songs of her own. The Hammersmith upbringing and the decade of work before the first single give her writing a directness that reads as earned rather than assumed.
Her single Good Looking has been certified Gold in France, 2x Platinum in Canada, Silver by the BPI, and Platinum by the RIAA, and Moves earned a Gold certification in Canada. On the road, she has supported Father John Misty and played rooms including House of Blues, the Fillmore Auditorium, and the Twilight Concert Series. That combination of charted singles and a proven live show makes her a strong fit for college programming, festival and fair lineups, corporate events, and private engagements.
