Travis are a Glasgow band who helped define the post-Britpop sound, pairing pop rock melody with alternative rock guitars. Active since 1990 and signed to Epic Records, they have kept the catalog moving forward rather than trading on it: "Where You Stand" arrived in 2013, "10 Songs" in 2020, and "L.A. Times" in 2024.
The band came together in art school. Fran Healy, Andy Dunlop, Dougie Payne, and Neil Primrose met while studying in Glasgow, and that lineup has carried the group's songwriting ever since.
Their credentials include a Brit Award for Best British Group and a set at Glastonbury Festival, and the touring itinerary runs from City Winery New York to The Fortitude Music Hall and the Aware Super Theatre at ICC Sydney.
