Jake Miller is a solo pop-rap artist whose catalog also leans on R&B and straight pop. His 2013 album Us Against Them reached the Top 5 on both the Billboard Independent Albums chart and the Billboard Top Rap Albums chart, and he kept the pace with Lion Heart in 2014 and Silver Lining in 2018, working under the Jake Miller Music Inc. banner.
He built it from the ground up. A Florida native from Weston, Miller, born Jacob Harris Miller, got his break in 2011 by winning the national Kick It With The Band talent competition sponsored by Samsung and T-Mobile.
That win opened doors fast, putting Miller on stage as support for Mac Miller and Snoop Dogg, and he has since played rooms including the Troubadour and the Wonder Bar. Fronting the show himself, he is a practical fit for college programming, festival and fair lineups, corporate dates, and private events.
