Knock2 is a San Diego producer and DJ working across bass house, hybrid trap, and drum and bass, with dubstep in the mix as well. Signed to 88rising, he released niteharts in 2022 and followed it with nolimit in 2025, a run that traded the sharp, club-facing edge of his early work for a bigger, more assured festival build.
He started young. Richard Nakhonethap says he began DJing around age 11 and taught himself production from YouTube tutorials, which explains the self-directed streak in the music: nothing about his sound suggests a house style handed down to him.
He also records as part of ISOKNOCK. On the road, his sets have landed everywhere from Knoxville's Tent to LIV Beach and the Pennsylvania Convention Center, a spread that speaks to how easily the material moves between club rooms, beach venues, and large-format halls. That range makes him a practical fit for college programming, festival and fair lineups, casino dates, and private engagements.
