Layton Giordani is a New York techno DJ and producer whose sound runs from deep techno to tech house, shaped directly by techno heavyweight Adam Beyer, who mentored him early and brought him onto the Drumcode label. Giordani debuted on Truesoul with the EP Unspoken, then broke through on Drumcode with Rivington and his 2017 album Where It Begins, followed in 2020 by New Generation. His catalog has grown since through labels including Truesoul, Experts Only, and his own MADMINDS.
His entry into techno started with someone else's set. As a teenager, Giordani watched Danny Tenaglia play all night at Pacha NY, an experience that pushed him to get behind the decks himself. He landed a residency at Brooklyn's Output NY in 2015, the platform that sharpened his skills and put him in front of the DJs who would shape his career, and years later, that circle closed when Giordani and Tenaglia teamed up on the track "Live Again."
Giordani has collaborated with Beyer and Green Velvet on "Space Date" and, in 2024, reworked Tiga and Audion's dance classic "Let's Go Dancing." A solo artist, he has played festival stages at Coachella and EDC Las Vegas, alongside club rooms like Space Miami. That track record makes him a fit for club nights, festival lineups, corporate events, and private shows.
