Little Big Town is a country and country pop group recording for Universal Music Group Nashville, with a catalog that has kept its four voices at the center since 1998. The albums arrive at a steady clip, from "Hell Yeah" in 2022 through "The Christmas Record" in 2024 and on to "Sucker for a Sad Song" in 2026, a run that shows a group still writing for the road rather than resting on the back catalog.
The story starts before Nashville. Alabama friends Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Roads moved to the city in 1998 and partnered there with singers Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook, and the group's roots trace back to Homewood.
